Disclaimer:

• Discounts apply to the first 10 Legacy Family Documentary projects:

• 50% off for the first 5 projects

• 40% off for projects 6 through 10

• In exchange for the discounted rate, Beacon Stories reserves the right to film brief on-camera testimonials and use select non-sensitive footage for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, or showreels). This will be discussed and agreed upon prior to filming.

• Each project includes one day of filming (up to 6 hours on location) and up to 30 family-provided photos to be integrated into the documentary. Any additional shooting days, photos, revisions, or special requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

• To secure a filming date, a $550 scheduling fee is required. A 50% deposit of the total project cost is due before the filming date, and the remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final documentary.

• Filming locations located more than 65 miles from Monument, CO may require travel expenses, including mileage, lodging (if applicable), and per diem rates. This will be discussed and approved prior to scheduling.

• Post-production takes approximately 6 weeks from the filming date, depending on our production schedule and client responsiveness.

• All personal and sensitive information shared or captured will remain strictly confidential. No footage or content will be used publicly without written permission from the client.

• To validate the promotional discount, filming must be scheduled for a date no later than May 15, 2025.

• By participating in this promotion, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
