Disclaimer:
• Each Legacy Family Documentary includes one day of filming (up to 6 hours on location) and up to 30 family-provided photos to be included in the final film. Additional filming days, locations, photos, revisions, or specialized requests will be billed separately.
• To secure a filming date, a $550 scheduling fee is required. A 50% deposit of the total project cost is due prior to the filming date, and the remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final documentary.
• Filming locations more than 65 miles from Monument, CO may require travel expenses, including mileage, lodging (if applicable), and per diem rates. All travel-related costs will be reviewed and approved in advance.
• Post-production typically takes 6 weeks from the filming date, depending on production timelines and client responsiveness.
• Beacon Stories may request to film brief testimonials and use select non-sensitive footage for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, or reels). This will be discussed and approved separately, and clients may opt out.
• All personal and sensitive content captured during production will remain strictly confidential. No private information or footage will be disclosed or used publicly without written consent.
• By proceeding with the project, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
